Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — FREE on orders $50+, $5.99 on orders under $50
- Express Shipping (2–3 business days) — $12.99
- Overnight Shipping (next business day) — $24.99
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return
How to Start a Return
- Email us at hello@auriskinco.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
Want a different product? We recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order to ensure availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@auriskinco.com within 7 days with a photo and we'll resolve it immediately. 💕
