How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Express (2–3 days) and Overnight options are also available at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you contact us at hello@auriskinco.com within 1–2 hours of placing your order, we'll do our best to help. Once an order has been processed, we're unable to make changes.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to select international destinations. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
